Nearly all musicians experience symptoms of stage fright, or music performance anxiety, as it's known in clinical literature, at some point in their lives. Utilizing scientifically validated strategies from years of clinical research into psychology and music performance, this 90-minute workshop aims to help musicians from all ages, disciplines, and backgrounds, understand how to optimize their musical performance, and manage the symptoms they experience both on and off the stage. The workshop will be in a lecture format, and all audience members will be able to participate in interactive hands-on activities through the group chat.
